Curried potatoes

The curried potatoes are a variation of the classic Cindy Potatoes which do not include a curry spice, just sauteed garlic, salt and pepper.

Parboil the fingerling potatoes, smash with a fork, drizzle with a mixture of curry powder and olive oil and bake for about 20 minutes at 350F (180C) until it is golden brown or crisp.

The picture does not show the wonderful taste of this potato dish, but it is worth a try.
